Casa David is composed of two connected living areas designed for both privacy and togetherness. The main house features two spacious bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room with a sofa that converts into two twin beds—ideal for additional guests or children. The highlight is the private rooftop terrace, where you’ll enjoy an outdoor lounge area, a refreshing plunge pool, a full bathroom, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Attached to the main house is a two-story loft-style guest suite with its own private entrance. The loft includes a bedroom and full bathroom upstairs, along with a living area, pullout sofa, kitchenette, and an additional half bath on the lower level—making it a perfect self-contained space for friends, in-laws, or older children.
Casa David is located in La Privada, a gated enclave within Aldea Zama with 24/7 security and exclusive community amenities, including a clubhouse, shared pool, and paddle tennis courts. The home is just 7 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from downtown Tulum, placing you close to all the dining, shopping, and culture Tulum has to offer—while still enjoying a serene, private escape.
Part of the Aldea Kaan collection of five adjacent homes, Casa David can be rented on its own or with neighboring properties to host larger groups of up to 50 guests. Each home has its own distinctive design and decor. When renting multiple homes, connecting gates can be opened to create a shared outdoor oasis—perfect for weddings, retreats, or family reunions.
