This beautifully designed home features an open-concept layout that connects indoor comfort with the beauty of the outdoors. At the center of it all is your private inground pool, surrounded by greenery and ideal for sun-soaked afternoons or quiet evening dips.
The highlight of Casa Lydia is the master suite on the first floor, which opens directly onto the pool terrace. The suite includes a king bed, ample closet space, and a stunning indoor-outdoor jungle shower—a spa-like experience where you can step seamlessly from a modern indoor bath into a private, open-air shower surrounded by nature.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms and private balconies, offering peaceful views and a space to unwind.
Casa Lydia is part of the Aldea Kaan collection of five homes located side by side in La Privada, a gated community in Aldea Zama with 24/7 security, a neighborhood clubhouse, shared pool, and paddle tennis courts. It’s just 7 minutes from Tulum’s beaches and 5 minutes to downtown.
Ideal for couples, families, or small groups, Casa Lydia can also be rented alongside neighboring homes to host events or larger gatherings of up to 50 guests. When multiple homes are booked, connecting gates can be opened to create a shared outdoor living space.
