This level features a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bath, all opening to the lush outdoor space through sliding glass doors.
Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, offering privacy and quiet away from the common areas. Each room is designed with comfort and style in mind—perfect for winding down after a day of exploring Tulum.
Like all homes in the Aldea Kaan collection, Casa Emilia is located within La Privada, a secure, gated enclave in Aldea Zama with access to a neighborhood clubhouse, pool, paddle tennis courts, and 24/7 security. The beach is just 7 minutes away, and downtown Tulum is only 5 minutes by car.
This home is part of a unique collection of five side-by-side villas that can be rented individually or together to accommodate groups of up to 50 guests. When multiple homes are booked, gates between properties can be opened to create a spacious shared outdoor environment—perfect for events, retreats, or family reunions.
Only registered guests are allowed inside the community gates.
